Overview:
The EY-Parthenon UK&I Strategy Summer Internship is an 8-week paid program designed for undergraduate students, usually in their penultimate year of university. This internship offers hands-on experience in strategy consulting across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
As an intern, your main responsibilities will include:
Working on Client Projects
- Join client-centric project teams to create value for EY-Parthenon’s clients.
- Gain exposure to a diverse range of situations within the strategy consulting lifecycle across different sectors.
- Participate in all aspects of client engagements, from research and analysis to developing recommendations.
Developing New Skills
- Learn from experienced strategy consultants and develop a broad analytical toolkit.
- Gain hands-on experience with strategy consulting tools and methodologies.
- Improve your problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Contributing to the Firm
- Support the team with creating reports, presentations, and other deliverables for clients.
- Assist with wider practice development tasks like recruitment and training.
- Participate in social activities, charity initiatives, and other people-focused programs.
The internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive introduction to strategy consulting at EY-Parthenon. You will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to the firm’s success.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program, typically in your penultimate year
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- No specific background or prior experience required
