Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and implementing communications strategies for clients.
- Support teams in articulating brand and competitive positioning.
- Effectively convey corporate messages to key stakeholders.
- As an intern at FTI Consulting in the UK, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in designing and executing communication strategies for clients.
- Supporting teams in articulating brand and competitive positioning.
- Effectively sharing corporate messages with key stakeholders.
- Preparing and reviewing financial models using Excel and financial databases such as Bloomberg and CapitalIQ.
- Utilizing statistical software packages to conduct econometric analysis of industry and market data.
- Conducting research on companies, markets, or geographies to understand relevant industry dynamics.
- Reviewing regulatory landscapes and drawing comparisons with client industries.
- Summarizing work in emails or memos, presenting results clearly and outlining implications.
- Taking ownership of the quality of final work products.
- Interns at FTI Consulting play a crucial role in project teams by conducting industry research and gaining the expertise to perform detailed economic analysis and financial modeling. You will work closely with managers and team members in small teams, gaining direct exposure to leading industry experts
Requirements:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in business and stakeholder communications.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail
- Available for an 8-week internship in London during summer 2025.
- Numerate, logical, and inquisitive team players from any academic background.
- Ability to think independently and creatively.
Qualification:
- Currently in the penultimate year of study, expecting to achieve a 2:1 degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrated quantitative skills academically or through practical experience.
