Greenpeace offers “internship Program” opportunities for passionate individuals to join their mission of protecting the environment and promoting peace. As an intern, you will work on meaningful projects, collaborate with dedicated activists, and gain valuable experience in advocacy, campaign management, and environmental stewardship.
Duration:
The Greenpeace Internship program is based in their London office and runs for six months, either full-time or part-time. Interns are paid the London Living Wage and are entitled to paid holiday and sick leave. While Greenpeace cannot cover relocation costs, they aim to provide a transformative experience that enhances employment options and opens up further opportunities for interns
Responsibilities:
Campaign Support:
- Assist campaign teams in organizing and executing grassroots initiatives, including protests, petitions, and community outreach events.
Research:
- Conduct research on environmental issues, corporate practices, and government policies.
Content Development:
- Contribute to the creation of campaign materials, including social media content, press releases, and educational resources.
Volunteer Engagement:
- Engage with volunteers and supporters to mobilize action and raise awareness about environmental issues.
Professional Development:
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to expand your knowledge of environmental advocacy and activism.
