Job Description:
The Role: As a Research Program Manager at Condé Nast, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling global research and insight team programs. Your responsibilities will include acquiring and enabling research and insight solutions, enhancing knowledge sharing processes, and managing operational third-party vendors and partner programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and support key stakeholders, such as sales, consumer revenue, corporate strategy, and editorial teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish internal processes and guidelines for accessing research and insight resources, while documenting best practices.
- Manage expectations through roadmap creation, milestone tracking, and regular communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Enable internal self-service research and insight solutions for key stakeholder teams.
- Oversee third-party vendors and partners, developing processes for effective workload outsourcing.
- Evaluate and implement new partners and technologies, with a focus on GenAI-based products.
- Manage knowledge sharing programs, including company showcase events and knowledge sharing platforms.

- Experienced in managing programs and developing processes within a global team, with flexibility across time zones.
- Skilled in collaborating and negotiating with colleagues and third-party vendors to solve practical problems.
- Capable of handling highly confidential information and communicating effectively across all organizational levels.
- Committed to personal and professional growth, thriving in a fast-paced and transformative environment.
- Previous experience in a research, insight, or data team is desirable.
Where You’ll Be:
This is a hybrid role, with three days a week in our Adelphi office, offering breathtaking views over the Thames and proximity to The Strand.
